Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective or unusable

The item is not the same as the model shown or described on our website

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:

New condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging

Shoes: Must be returned in the original shoe box, which should be placed inside a protective outer shipping box

Packaging: The product packaging (including the shoe box) must be returned intact and undamaged. Do not affix labels or tape directly on the original packaging.
We will not accept returns for items that show any of the following:

Damage to the product packaging, shipping label affixed directly to the package box, or improper repackaging
Note: Any item that does not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer, and return shipping fees will apply.
Final Sale Items
Some deeply discounted items may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.
Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at help@reedbrave.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address. Returns are made at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Ship Your Return: Carefully package your item according to our instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund, which may take several business days.
